Shad, Regan and Jason ran in the Ft. Worth Cowtown half. Shad beat his personal best by 4min. The girls, Henry, and I just missed the finish. All the roads were closed and we ended up running 4 blocks to just miss them I am so proud. Shad is inspiring people everyday. Most of all Me...I actually ran a couple of times. BOY IS IT UGLY!
