day 3...

On our 3rd day we decided to rent a jeep and drive around to the other side of the island. We didn't get to leave right away because it rained quite a bit. The other side is beautiful with lots of rock and beach. The water is really rough so not good for swimming or snorkeling but great views. There is a great restaurant called Coconuts over their also. The view is amazing. The food was great and the margarita's were STRONG. After lunch we drove threw down town and then over to El Presidente. That is the hotel that my parents used to take me and my sister too. Even the old door man Juan still worked there but he was off. Too BAD! Afterwards we went back to the hotel and swam and took a good nap. For dinner that night we went to the other restaurant that the Wyndham's share. (Did I mention there was another Wyndham next door for families. Ours was way nice and that one smelled like poowater) The restaurant was called Mosaic. Very similar to PF Changs. Super Yummy!!! After dinner we went back to our hotel and visited the Bristo Bar upstairs to have a few drinks and look at the stars.

This is our Jeep we rented. Tons of fun and a really good money saver.

Me and Scheri in the Jeep getting beat to death by our hair.

These Margarita's were amazing and I wouldn't want to share them with anyone else.
