Great Grades

Alex came to live with us full time in November.  She had just received her 2nd failing report card.  She knew that living with us wasn't going to be easy and she still took the road less traveled.  Well and guess what...she kicked that roads BUTT!!!  I mean it.  Seriously.  For the Spring Semester Alex got 5 A's and 2 B's all 3 six weeks.  Then she got the very highest grade on her Science Final...93 and then she got the very highest grade on her Spanish 2 final....94.  HOLY MOLY!!!!  Did I mention she is the only Freshman in Spanish 2.  OH YA BABY!!!

We even got her EOC/STAR test scores back and she passed them all except World Geography.  This kid has made AMAZING progress and worked so hard. 

So when I asked what kind of prize she wanted for all her hard work, what did she ask for?  She wanted to get her cartilage pierced and so we did.  In 1 week blue hair and a new earring...who knows what we will do next....JUST KIDDING!!!!
