It feel like forever since we have gone to a Tri. We were all looking forward to this one. The Carnes were going to be there also. We drove in the day before and did some back to school shopping before we went to a dinner movie. We saw Cloud with a Chance of Meat Balls 2. SO FUNNY!!!
The next morning we headed to the race bright and early. This was just a sprint so it didn't last very long and there were not tons of participants.
The sunrise was beautiful!!!
Daddy was in and out of the water in no time flat.
Henry thought Daddy needed some side line coaching!!!
Emma and Haley were on staff at this race. It was their job to make sure no one mounted their bike before they crossed the mat and that they dismounted at the same point.
Shad had a great race!
We are getting to make so many wonderful memories as a family!
