St. Patricks Day is Shad's favorite holiday. While we don't celebrate like we used to in college (we miss Bennigans) we did have a wonderful time. JoJo watched the kids for the night and the fab four got to go out on the town...ok not the "town" per say more like the county. We headed out to the River Bluff Restaurant in Byers. This is such a neat concept. Located out on the Parker Ranch our dinner was cooked chuck wagon style by the famous Kent Rollins. Kent actually beat Bobby Flay in their chicken fried steak throwdown. Let me just say AMAZING!!! The price is great! The atmosphere is great! The company was great! This is the perfect date night.
