Mother's Day

What a great mother's day. Shad and Emma woke me up with beautiful cards, a cake Emma decorated and a single red rose that Emma picked out. We went to church, cooked lunch for Shad's mom, took a quick nap and then Emma and I headed to High School Musical 2 at the Wichita Theatre with my mom, sister, belle, and grace. It was a great show. Then we ate dinner at mom and dad's. It was a GREAT day.

My children mean so much to me. I can cry, laugh, and worry my self sick just by looking at them. They are the reason I get up in the morning and usually the reason I fall into bed at night. Every moment with them is a treasured gift. I pray that I will be able to raise them in the way that God wants me to. To teach them to love our Lord and Savior and to obey him. I pray for their future spouses, that they will be loved and raised in a happy and Godly environment. I pray for God to mold me into the mother and servant he wants me to be.

I am so thankful for my beautiful babies and the gifts that they are to me!!! Thank you for a GREAT mother's Day I could not be more proud and grateful
