Good Day No GREAT day

It's tax season, which usually means I get to keep my nieces a bit. We have such a great time together. Right now Belle is 4, Emma is 5, and Grace is 6 (Grace will be 7 on the 19th) First we met my mom and and sister at the opening of the Miracle League. To learn more or to donate please click on Miracle League. This is a project that the Junior League has been working on for 4 years. We have raised over $503,000.00 and we have only completed phase one. The Miracle League Field is a baseball field for children with all different handicaps. It is a safe place where they can play without the worries of getting hurt. In the next 2 phases we will build a family bathroom and put in night lights. There was an amazing young man that gave a prayer that truly touched all our hearts. It is very emotional to see this project come to a place where the kids can actually start playing.
Miracle League Opening Ceremonies I am so proud of these ladies!
Moving Prayer!!!

After Miracle League we headed home for lunch and play time. The girls ruled the house playing dress up and American Girl. Then we headed across the street to see Daddy and Mr. Kyle working on the Jeep. The Knights have a trampoline that we were able to get a little extra energy out on. Even Henry and I got into the game. Lisa sat with me for a while. As her Emma was running into the house she whispered to me that it wouldn't be long before my Emma was that big...It brought tears to my eyes.

Begging me to jump them... We all loved it. Henry Laughed and Laughed!

That night we dyed Easter Eggs and made resurrection cookies.

Emma sealing (sp?) the tomb
Easter Morning Getting the Resurrection Cookies...when she saw that the tomb was not sealed anymore she said. "oh no the Easter bunny got into the resurrection cookies"

While we were jumping on the Tramp Kyle came to me and said you know this is one of those good days. I totally agree..Except it was a GREAT day.
