Friends

I have been so lucky lately. I have gotten to spend some much needed time with some great friends.

Shad and I were able to have dinner with Tara and her wonderful fiance', Collin. We took them to Casa mana...YUMMY!!! Poor Collin had just gotten braces that day but he suffered threw it for some red taco's. Then they came back to our house and we got to spend alot of time catching up and learning about each other. They are such a unique couple with and unbelievable future.

Then I got to have dinner with J last night. Just the 2 of us. With the new baby and with Ivey being sick so much lately we haven't gotten to spend any time together or even really talk at all. So Frank and Shad took care of the kiddo's and let us go to dinner just the 2 of us. I can't tell you the last time we did that. We sat at Cheddar's for 3 hours. We laughed and ate and had the greatest time.

And Then...I got to talk to my wonderful friend Anna...We don't see each other but every few months maybe 3 times a year. She is super special to me and too FUNNY!!! She sounds so happy and continent, which makes my heart feel good. I am going to get to introduce her to Henry in August.

And Then...today I got to have lunch with my great friend Ashley Redwine-Harris. She and I have such good talks. We have so much in common. I just love being with her. She laughs at my stupid jokes and never ending stories. I can talk and talk and she is a great listener. We had such a nice lunch...Thanks for the sandwich and company-Ashley

All this is all to say Friends are priceless. Never allow distance or time to come between those that you love. Always allow yourself to pick up where you left off no matter what.
