Emma began 4K today. She is going to Christ Academy. We had a Pre-K tea yesterday and got to meet our teacher (Mrs. Childs) and our new classmates. Today Emma had her first day. She has to be at school at 7:50am...(WOW!) She walked right into class with a huge smile and ready for the day. When I went to pick her up she said "I had the best day ever it was so much fun" The best part was that there were older kids but Mrs. Childs gets to stay with them all day and doesn't have to leave to be with the older kids. (You see...at her other school her teacher she has had for the past 3 years used to have to go and work in another room in the afternoons and Emma didn't like that at all. So she was happy to have the same teacher all day long)
Doesn't she look so grown up!!!
And Yes I made it out the front door before I broke down.....:(
